I purchased SDL Trados 2019 though ''Proz group buy'' about three weeks ago and paid using bank transfer on 27.09.2019 but still didn't recieve any confirmation, activation key or licence.!!

First, I opened a case and got in contact with a member in the support team Camila Martian, who sent me  the email of the following email of the  Financial Department and referred me to them 

orderprocessing@sdl.com 

I contacted the the order-processing team in the financial department via email many times, explained the issue and sent the proof of payment many times....still no reaction or response whatsoever !!!

The software is already dowloaded, but I need the activation key to activate it, and my licence page is still empty. 

What is to do? It is urgent.....
