SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional deactivated but account says license in use

Question

Dear all, 
 
 My pc stopped working - due to an unknown Windows (?) error - my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional says I should activate when opening (it was activated when the pc stopped) and License under My SDL Account says the License is in Use. 
 
 Offline deactivation is no use, as the program thinks it's already deactivated.

 Sometimes when the PC crashes, the licence can become corrupted (as appears to be the case here). 
 You can simply request a licence reset online via your SDL account- 
 
 This only takes a few minutes and then you can use your license again.
