Hello!
I am trying to make a clean install of Studio 2017 on a new computer but I don't have access to the previous installation. That computer died.
Unless I am much mistaken, the process involves deactivating online on the previous installation or generating a Deactivation Certificate in the previous installation but I cannot do either. How should I proceed?
My product is SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional, last activated two years ago.
Please let me know if I should mention the current key I need you to Deactivate.
