This is error is normally associated with being unable to access a TM.

To resolve this- Close all Studio a[applications-

Navigate to the following folder-

for Studio 2017 : C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0

Locate this file: TranslationMemoryRepository.xml and rename it to TranslationMemoryRepository_old.xml

Now restart Studio and the error should no longer pop up.
