I have this error installing Trados. I've seen other similar threads in this forum but I can't solve it with the solutions proposed.
I need Trados to finish a translation Master I study this year.
So I thank you to help me with this trouble.
I post the screenshots.
Try a manual install by installing the separate modules one by one from these locations:
c:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\Dependencies\
c:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2019\modules\
It could also be that:
- There is a problem with the 4.7.1 version installed on your machine and a repair of that .NET instance should be done.
- There is a problem with the Windows image on that machine
But if all of this seems a bit complicated I would recommend you log a case so a support engineer can look at this for you. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

You have two options:
1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

Thank you. I've done it manually but when installing .NET I receive a new error informing that my OS (Windows 8 64 bits) doesn't support .NET Framework 4.7.1.
I don't understand why. Thank you anyway.
