I have problems in downloading the SDL Machine Translation Cloud App. I have Studio 2017 SR1, but this is the window I get when trying to download the plugin. So, as you can see, the version I have has been grayed out, yet the app says that it is compatible with Studio 2017. Can you please help me? Thanks
This part is telling you what version of Studio you have:
It's too old. You need to update to the latest version of 2017 which is:
SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792

You should be seeing a notification in Studio that it's available, unless you turned them off. But you can also go to here and download the updates and install manually:
