I bought an upgrade to Studio 2019 about a month ago.
Now that I have done the installation, I want to upgrade Studio but the licences does not appear in My Account section anymore. How can I solve this problem?

If your licences don't appear in your acount "anymore" this would suggest you have more than one account and you're looking in the wrong one. Or, in case you have mislead us a little here with the use of the word "anymore", and I suspect you have, you have simply not processed your upgrade in the first place as you can see if you visit your licences section:
