Good night,
I cannot download and install any apps from the SDL app store. I keep being asked to login on an endless loop. I have a one-year subscruption (120 $ per year and it ends on Feb 24th this year). Can you please help? Thanks again

If you have a subscription you must be using the Starter Edition and this version does not support the use of apps. You need as a minimum the Freelance version.

Good night Paul,
I have the SDL Trados 2019 Freelance edition together with an SDL Cloud package subscription.
I have never had this problem before. The only difference is that I have migrated SDL Trados to a new computer, a Dell XPS 15, but this should not be a problem, isn´t it?.
I am a bit at a loss. Thanks. Isabel
ok. The SDL Cloud subscription has nothing to do with whether you can download apps or not... unless perhaps you have a different login perhaps and you are using the wrong login to access the apps? You must login with the same credentals you would use to access your SDL account to get your Trados Studio licence.
Another possible problem is the browser you are suing on your new computer. Try using a different one.

Dear Paul,
Thanks for replaying. I am using Google Chrome as my browser but I have the same problem with Mozilla Firefox. I do use my SDL account login credentials where I downloaded initially the Trados Studio License. It is the same credentials I use within Trados to access the Language Cloud package that contains Trados integration (I believe this is necessary to download apps from the app store according to info contained in several replies from the SDL community repository).
Maybe I will try uninstalling the software from my new computer and try it all from scratch. I will let you know if I manage to sort it out.
I need one of the apps to extract terms for one of my interpreting jobs.
Fingers crossed. Isabel
