Can't repair/uninstall/use Studio 2019 RC2

Question

Hello again, 
 My Studio 2019 has an erratic behaviour (issue with Multiterm, then unusual Placement of Windows, unpinning of Windows while working etc etc etc...) 
 So I wanted to uninstall it and make a clean install. 
 1) Licence desactivated 
 2) I tried to unisntall, -> got the "Setup has detected a higher Version of This product&hellip;." 
 3) I tried the solution from: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge but the step 1 doesn't work: 
 TradosCompatibility2.msi and WorldServerComponents.msi do something but I don't see it and TranslationStudio15.msi simply doesn't do anything. 
 4) in between I got the issue on the picture added but i did as in 5) and it helped for that 
 5 ) I deleted the files in User/AppData local and Roaming -> no chance 
 so is there any other solution other than reinstall my Windows OS so I can finally get a clean install of Studio and work? 
 Lucky me, I have a Licence for 2 Computers so I can work on the other one, but it's a kind of kafkaesque situation

 I suggest you log a case and have the support team show you how to resolve this. 
 gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing 
 You have two options: 
 1. Submit a case using a webform 2. Use live chat to get a licence reset 
 You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

 So here are the 2 answers I received from SDL-Support: 
 - Answer 1: 
 Please try to follow the below steps : 1. Download the latest version for Studio 2019 from the following link : ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL_TP/Studio2019_CUs/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU5_2145.zip 
 2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.

3. If you receive any error message please try to install Studio 2019 SR2 manually following the steps from this article : https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029228 
 And regarding the following questions: 
 - Does this new installation repairs also the possible corrupted elements of the former installed Studio, the one that makes the right-clic pop-menus go erratic for exemple? - Can I now uninstall Studio completely and proprely to make a clean new installation? - if this ever happen again, does the FTP always the installation file for the last version on Studio? 
 Answer 2: 
 1. the installation of the latest version of Studio 2019 SR2 Build 15.2.5.2145 also erase/repair any corrupted components of the previous version. 
2. for a new fresh install I recommend you to use the app SDL FrashStart ( you may download it from the following link : https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-freshstart/876/ )
3. this FTP links contains this version of Studio 2019 SR2 Build 15.2.5.2145 . 
If you want to check for the latest updates for Studio 2019 you can download it from the bottom of the article below (when there is a new release) :

 I haven't done the Fresh install yet, but I guess it'll be ok
