Dear all,

since a few weeks, I can only translate a few segments until Trados just closes down, mostly without a message. If I get a message (once out of 10) it is the one below. I saw that more people had this problem, so I tried out a few things.

I checked on Trados updates (2019 SR2 15.2.5.2145) and repaired Trados and MultiTerm, renamed (resetted) the folder (also renamed basesettings, plugincache and usersettings), did a Windows 10 update (and checked the update history) and I updated the driver. Nothing helped :-(

It happens to small and big files from different companies - impossible to work.

Does anyone have an idea? I would be really grateful for help since it has been taking me hours and hours.
