Hi!
I was using a free trial version of Trados 2019 on the virtual machine for 2 days and have been saving project files as Doc. files. Today I opened Trados & there was nothing in there. I`m a little bit freaked out. Is there a way to upload Word files into Trados? Also, is there a way to recover those projects and TM? It seems like my Trados is a clean slate now & nothing is there.

The first thing I would check, are the following settings... Projects- Filter Projects and ensure this is set to 'Show all projects'
You can also click Open Project and navigate to the Studio folder- which will be something similar to -
C:\Users\username\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects
