Hello,
I need help installing Trados 2019. I have just bought a license and I tried to download the software and to install it on my laptop. It stopped at 2, 3 % and it said that I need NET 4.7.2 which I also tried to install but apparently it is blocked due to operating system incompatibility. What can I do to install Trados? Can someone help me?

You have two options:
1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
