Having installed studio 2019 SR2, installing Multiterm 2019 SR2 clears all Studio 2019 SR2 program files, the links to Studio 2019 SR2 but not the entry in the list of installed programs under System/apps and programs. Trying to repair from there does not work. The only remedy I found was to reinstall Studio 2019 SR2 from the downloaded file. After that, the installation date in the list of installed apps and programs is not updated.
Clearly something is amiss here. I suggest you loga support case so a technician can look at your computer. Use this link:

You have two options:
1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

I reported this problem as you suggested to gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing.
As I have already found a remedy - reinstalling Studio 2019 SR2 -
this submission should alert you and them to the problem so it can be resolved for future releases.
I truly doubt there s a problem we will ever find to remedy. This is such a far out problem it is clearly the result of something really odd happening on your machine at the time. Certainly I doubt we'll ever be able to reproduce this to find anything to fix, and on this basis we can't even give it to development.
