Hello,
I have a problem by activation of the licence. I am a student, I have an activation code from my school, which has a licence for this product - SDL Trados Studio 2019. But every time when I put the activation code in to the window "Activation Code" and click activate, an error message appears: "Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code." Could you please help me?

I'm wondering why you didn't use the bot on the right hand side of this forum when you first logged your case? What was missing that made you ignore a way to get help and post in here instead?

The problem is that I am not the owner of the licence. Also when I go to my SDL account to see my licences, there are no licences - there is written: No data. You have no licences.
I see. In this case you are going to need to speak with the admin on the account for your licences so they can log a support case for you. We can't reset a licence you don't have because it needs to be done in your account.
