Bought a trados licences now but it says one is in use,for somehow

I just purchased a Trados freelance now, and tried to active it on my computer, but I don't konw why, an error occurred. Now when I enter to my account, it says it's already in use, but my Trados still didn't get activtated。Is there any way to fix this? Sorry for my english is terrible as I'm a Japanese-Chinese translator. Will be very grateful if someone can help me.

    There is a new 'support bot' that is appearing on the screen when you're on the SDL Community Licensing and Installation page:

    There's a 'Type here' line you can enter your request into after typing 'Hi':

    If this doesn't trigger a response that helps you, you can request a license reset via live chat here:

    License reset

    Click on the right-hand button 'Request License Reset' and fill out the little form that appears.

    Someone will reply very quickly, usually immediately. Tell them you need both your licenses reset, if that is the case.

    In the rare event that there is nobody available, the button will be greyed out with 'No Agents Are Available'. Then, click on the 'Submit Case' button and fill that form out, being sure to give your email address accurately so they can contact you. Remember to click 'Licensing' in the 'Case Type' dropdown. You should have your license problems resolved within 24h.

  • Error message on SDL Account page stating 'An error has occurred' and suggesting to try reloading or refreshing the page.I've tried to Force Return my license several times,but it just keep showing me this. Could you check it out please?
