I am a licensed user of Trados Studio 2019 plus. I have two active licenses.
I had to delete Trados from my desktop PC to install a new version. For this purpose I deactivated the active key before. After I reinstalled the software, the software was immediately activated in full access. In the window under "Menu: Help/Product Activation/View Activation Code" no code is displayed anymore. In my online account there is also a license as open. A deactivation is not possible.
How can I activate Trados correctly - with my activation code? Unfortunately, it does not help to uninstall and reinstall the software. After the new installation, full access is reactivated without me having to assign my license key.
Who has this happened before and how was the problem solved?
