I have 2019 Freelance Plus and the Level 2 Desktop Support and Maintenance but do not know how to upgrade to Trados Studio 2021 for free. How do I do this? Thanks

I bought Studio 2019 Freelance Plus along with the maintenance package in February 2020. I am under the impression that I should get the 2021 upgrade for free. However, I logged into my and account and it says I have 0 available upgrades. How can I get the 2021 upgrade using my maintenance package?

 The license has now been restored in your SDL account, which you can now access.

 I have checked your account and you do have a valid SMA contract and should have received the upgrade for free already. 
 We will look into this for you and get the account updated ASAP. 
 EDIT* 
 We are still running the upgrade scripts, into the individual accounts, which may take another day or so until fully completed.
