You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the second option.

I have been contacted by the support team (I must say I'm impressed with how fast and responsive they are!) and I've been told that this situation is normal, that the Studio 2021 license will apply to 2019 after the trial period is over. So it seems everything is in order. Thanks again!

Hi, I´m experiencing the same thing as you did. What happened after the trial period was over? Could you continue to use Studio 2019 along with Studio 2021 without any problems? I still have 11 days remaining of the trial period, but it would be nice to know if I have to take some actions before the end of the trial period. As there still hasn´t come any new updates for the Studio 2021, which has some annoying problems with copying text from the Concordance window, I will contionue to work in Studio 2019.

Yes, the trial period has ended and I'm using Studio 2019 along with Studio 2021. I suppose you don't need to take any prior action. For me, Studio 2019 just continued working.

This is normal behavior. Studio 2019 (SR2 CU7) works in trial mode for the first 30 days and will pick up the 2021 license after the trial period is over. No need for any actions as long as you have Studio 2021 installed and licensed on the same machine. You can find more details on this in the article linked below.
