Years ago I purchased a version of SDL Trados from a vendor using a student e-mail address. Since then, I upgraded to the new releases several times and added my main e-mail address to the account, for convenience and in case I lose access to my old student address. I can log in successfully using my main e-mail address to Trados Studio and almost all other SDL services... except SDL Trados Live.

When I click on "SDL Trados Live Essential Freelance" in the SDL Account dialog in Studio while logged in with my main address, all I see is an error message saying I'm not an authorised account. However, when I log in to SDL Trados Live through sdltradoslive.com using my old student e-mail, everything works fine.

Is there a way to change my settings once and for all so I can use only my main e-mail address to access everything, including SDL Trados Live?
