I'm unable to verify exactly what licences you actually have available to you, but I'm assuming you are using Freelance.

When you upgraded to Studio 2019- this license allows you to keep 2017 activated on the same machine.

Now when you upgrade 2019 to 2021- the same applies- you can have Studio 2021 and 2019 activated on the same machine.

The 2021 license only allows you to keep 2019 activated on the same machine.

Perhaps if you can explain the requirements for keeping 2017, we may be able to suggest alternative solutions.

As you say, my license is Freelance.

I understand that I can use 2019 and 2021 side by side, but not 2017, after upgrading.

In fact, I don't know why I need to use 2017. My agents just ask me to do so. I hope 2019 will be OK.

I have upgraded from 2019 Plus to 2021 Plus, but I've to work with 2017 as I use a personalised add-in component for this version.
How can I solve the problem? Thanks
