Trados 2021
I have just upgraded my Trados to 2021 and I keep getting the message: Bad request.
I cannot do anything because it keeps popping up. Help!

I have just upgraded my Trados to 2021 and I keep getting the message: Bad request.
I cannot do anything because it keeps popping up. Help!
Troubleshooting done to fix this situation:
1. Resetting Trados 2021 - reference article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669
2. Repairing it from Control Panel > Programs & Features - reference article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395
3. Downloading the latest version of the DeepL plugin from SDL Appstore & installing it manually (double-click on installer).

Did the problem reoccur when you used the appstore integration to install this? If you can reproduce this it's important to know.

Originally, I installed the plugin using the appstore integration - I think that could have been the cause of the bug.
I really doubt this which is why I'd like to have clarification from the support team.
