Hello,
How can I deactivate a license from a computer I am not using anymore and cannot access since it is broken?
I need to use the license on a new computer!
I reached the Deactivation Initiated state, but got the Following error message:
An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
When I click the link, I am not able to log a support request.

Hubert Sotgiu Support Case Id : 00534943. You should always specify the version of Studio you are using as the process can be different depending on the version.
