Can't import Sesotho project in Trados 2017

Question

I have logged a ticket previously on this but unfortunately I was away and it was cancelled. 
 I have a problem with compatibility between WorldServer and Trados 2017 with Sesotho language. 
 The error is that the File can't be accessed as it is already in use by another process. This is not the case for sure. 
 The locale from WorldServer that gets assigned in the XML is sot-LS. Please let me know any idea on this. 
 I have now also attached a sample file so it can be tested. 
 We are about to start a bigger project and if there is a way to solve this would be great.

Dear Steven, Thank you very much for the support case. I have figured out what was the problem. The language local code in WorldServer and in the SDL Trados Supported languages document seem to have the incorrect locale code. The correct language culture code for South Sotho (Sesotho) is "st-ZA". It is not "sot-LS" nor "st-SA". Setting that in the exchange.properties file for WorldServer resolved this situation.
