Hi, I need to get back my licence for SDL 2019, it just disapear when I installed 2021 on my computer, but then on a second one. It appeared to be an update, so I deinstalled 2021 from the second computer, but it doesn't help. I need back my key to restart 2019 Please

You upgraded your license from 2019 to 2021. This means you no longer have a separate license for 2019.
However, as long as you have installed Studio 2021 on the same machine as Studio 2019, when you activate Studio 2021, then you will be able to run both 2019 and or 2021.

As Steven said you no longer have a 2019 license key since that has been updated ( and replaced) by the 2021 license key.
You can run Studio 2019 alongside Studio 2021 on the same machine but you need Studio 2021 installed and licensed on that machine and you also need to make sure you have the latest version of Studio 2019 installed (SR2 CU7). This will not work with older versions of Studio 2019. You can find the direct link of Studio 2019 SR2 CU7 below. Also Studio 2021 needs to be closed when opening 2019 otherwise this will not work and Studio 2019 will only pick up the 2021 license key after the trial for the 2019 version ends.
