Your university probably needs to reset the licence, or log a case and have the licensing team reset it.  We can't reset it for you because we have no way of verifying who the University is providing licences to.

Thank you for replying to me, I have contacted my lecturer about this issue but will directly talk to him about it tomorrow. I'll try to have my license reset. Could you maybe tell me how someone can log a case in case it turns out I need to do that?

Thank you for the link, however this doesn't apply to me as I'm a student and my license doesn't appear in the "Licenses" tab. Is there another way?

This article explains how to reset your license yourself.

However, I expect the license is on the Universities SDL Account so the University representative who manages the licenses for the university will need to try the steps in the above article.  If it does not work there is a link on the Universities SDL account where they can request assistance from the support team who will be able to reset the license for them.
