Hello Team,
I've just downloaded the Free Trial version of Studio 2021, installed it, and launched it. But I've got the Product Activation pop-up window with the error in the subject line.
I've been redirected to the following article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge, which did not solve my problem.
Could anyone please help me figure out how to fix this?

Sadly, Support team won't consider helping me because I do not have a Support Contract with SDL! But in order to purchase a licence and a Support Contract, I was hoping I could try the new Studio 2021 for a few days first.
However, if I cannot get it installed and running to try it, then I wonder whether it's worth spending so much money on purchasing it, or rather opt for a different tool. Very disappointed, to say the least! :(

I think you just read the automated response incorrectly. The wording isn't great and the support teams will fix that! It mean this:

Indeed the wording comes off as rather unpleasant, and could be misinterpreted quite easily. I'm glad this has been clarified.
