We are upgrading our SDL Trados 2017 to 2021. We have two licenses (one on a local machine, one on a server). We upgraded the local machine first without problems, except we noticed that we can no longer see the custom file types we created under 2017. We already upgraded our license for the copy on the server, but we did not yet update the software, because we are afraid we might not be able to recover our custom file types. However, because we already upgraded the license, we can now no longer open SDL Trados 2017, so we cannot export the file types we created. Any ideas?
