Can't log in again - Tiny UI icons again - Former 517709 case still not solved

Hi there,

I had this issue (can't sign in in the app) and the UI is tiny. I am attaching a screenshot. 

Since the mentioned case number (517709), I installed everything in Windows 10, not 7, as recommended. The log in issue was solved, but the tiny UI did not.

I kept on working like that because I was very busy. Today, I tried to uninstall/repair the app so I could add a language (es_419 is not a review option, so I thought maybe it was not installed) after checking in the forums.

The thing is, I did so, and when I tried to sign in, I started getting an error message, and again can't sign in. 

Can somebody help me out with this? It's been months with this issues.
