Hi, all of a sudden SDL Language Cloud stopped working. I get a message saying that Language Provider has been deactivated.

I tried to access Language Cloud but I can have no access
How can I activate it again Paul?
What happens? You can share screenshots with a copy/paste of images.
I have no idea if you're referring to machine translation, or if you mean Trados Live... I don't even know what version of Studio you're using.
Please help me to help you.

I am referring to NMT and I am using SDL Trados 2019. When I click Language Cloud at the bottom of my account page all I get is an empty screen with a circle going aroun and around. Nothing else. One of my colleagues is having the same problem.
Here is a copy of the screen I was able to get now.
Thank you. Please try signing onto Studio first... top right hand corner of your screenshot. Can you do this successfully? If you can then try adding Language Cloud again after that.

I have tried, but it does not work. when I enter my credentials it does not work. Is there any way that you can verify my credentials to see if it is ok what I am using... ?
Are you able to log into your account on the web? It's worth checking that because if you can't do that then the problem is more likely related to either something blocking the access at your end, or we have a problem with the account. If it's the latter I ca raise a case for this to be looked it, but if it's the former you'll need to address this your end.
So perhaps if you can verify you can actually log into your account first through http://www.sdl.com for example and then we can take it from there.

Yes, I am logged in into my account. That has not been a problem.
