I have my trados studio 2015 running in one computer, but I cannot activate it in a second computer. Why?
If yo look in your account you'll see that you have already activated two licences under your Freelance Plus. If you want to activate it on a second computer you need to deactivate one first.
I'm guessing you can't do this anymore so try the solution here to reset your own licence:
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If this doesn't help come back and let us know and we can arrange for some help. But please try by yourself first... it will be faster for you if you don't have to wait for an available support engineer.
