Translate
Hi,
I have two licenses connected to one contract and I'm trying to:
- Deactivate the license of my 2017 SDL version (that I had not upgraded yet) in an old computer
- Install the newest 2019 version in a new computer
But when I try to activate the product the system returns a message that I cannot activate it because the license is in use.
Could you please help me activate it? I am currently using the demo version, but it's quite urgent.
