My HDD crashed and I had to replace it. I could reset my license from my SDL account but now I can't down load the program!
I'm talking about SDL TRADOS studio SR3.
Why is that? I don't get any error message or anything. Nothing happens, that is all.
I need help, can anybody help me solve this, please?

Hi,
If you are using Google Chrome you need to accept the download when asked if this if it is safe to actually download the software.
If you don't have that option anymore use a different internet browser to log into your SDL account and download Studio.
That should solve the issue.
