I cannot find how to reinstall the software again. I was working with SDL Trados 2015 Freelance, but my machine and hard disk crashed and I had to put in a new hard disk, and now when I go to my account and hit the download button nothing happens
One time I got a message from Google saying that the download was not safe, but I don't know how to solve this and I need my software.
What can I do?

If you are using Google Chrome you need to accept the download when asked if this if it is safe to actually download the software.
If you don't have that option anymore use a different internet browser to log into your SDL account and download Studio.
That should solve the issue.

Hi Bodgan, thank you so much for your suggestion. In principle, it worked. I was able to download Trados, it went through the whole sequence and supposedly installed correctly, but I don't see the SDL Trados icon on my desk and can't open it from wherever in the system where I look it up and find it. I downloaded Multiterm and it worked perfectly, the icon showed up on the desktop and I can open it, but not so SDL. Any further ideas?
Strange. If you have that already downloaded just run the installer one more time with admin rights instead of simply double clicking it.
You can also check if Studio is installed by simply typing Studio in the Windows search bar.

I tried running the installer from downloads again as admin and it went through the process again. I see the program is there in my control panel, programs section, but it doesn't show when I type studio in the search bar, unlike multiterm. This is driving me crazy. What could it be? I appreciate any ideas you may have to solve this. This had never happened to me.

Bogdan, godd news! I uninstalled the SDL program that showed fom the control panel and reinstalled again and now everything is working perfectly! I got the icon on my desktop, opened the program and activated it, everything is working the way it's supposed to. Thank you for your suggestins and your support. I really appreciate it.
