I just installed Trados Studio 2021 and Multiterm 2021. When I try to open a termbase in MultiTerm, I get this: "A connection to SDL MultiTerm Server unknown could not be established. Please check your connection settings". I tried the suggestion in the Knowledge Base renaming the "MultiTerm16" folder and repairing MultiTerm, but it didn't work. Also, when I load a job into Trados Studio 2021, and load a termbase, no terms are recognized and nothing shows in the termbase recognition window.
Has SDL stopped the free installation support it used to have?
