How to reobtain a license when multiple users have come and gone over a short period?

I'm a situation where we were forced to work at home overnight due to COVID and where we also had people leaving immediately just before the crisis hit. For instance, some people had a desktop computer and were forced to start using a laptop, so they are now using two licenses, one for each of their two computers.. At the same time, some translators left us just before the crisis and their laptop was already gone when I arrived, so I Iwasn't given an opportunity to deactivate properly.The end result is that I'm not 100% sure which license I should grab and try to deactivate. Thankfully I have a list of the activation codes and I know which one is being used on one of the desktop computers that are not being used and won't be until at least January 2021. We are not authorized to go to the office to figure this out. Can I simply hit Reset license on one of the desktop activation code or maybe take a chance with Reset on one of the activation code I am almost sure belonged to one of the translators that left? I'm in a hurry to obtain a activation code because I urgently need a new translator to start using Trados/MultiTerm without delay tomorrow. I will certainly obtain all the codes presently being used and accessible to check but some activation code will still remain a question mark and I will need to act. Is Reset on an activation code the way to go? Is there a better way?
