problem opening a single document after activation

Hello, dear SDL support,
I teach two groups of students to work with SDL Trados Studio 2019 and recently my students activated their trial versions of Trados after we have received the licenses. In one of the both groups almost all of the students have got the same problem after activation: they cannot open the single document for translation in a proper way. They start as usual using either File - Translate Single Document option or Browse link in the Welcome view or the Drag and Drop option, but each time the process stops in the Window of Project Settings. I attach you the screenshot of the moment where they get stuck. In this window, both the "Advanced" and the "Ok" button don't respond, so they only can click "Cancel", and, as a result, the file doesn't open for translation.
All these students had the trial version 2019 installed, which they activated on the 1st and 2nd of October. Their language pair is English-French.
In my other group, who work with English-German sample files, there are no problems with that.
We need to solve this problem to continue our course, so thank you in advance for your help.
