Two licenses in my SDL account marked as "In Use", which prevents me from using one of them in Trados 2021

I bought a SDL Trados Studio 2021 license and downloaded the software.
In my SDL account, under Licenses, both of them (Trados 2019 one-year student subscription and Trados 2021 perpetual subscription) are marked as "In Use". But when I open Trados 2021 on my PC, it appears in Trial mode and when I try to activate my 2021 license there I get an error message (because it is already marked as "In Use" in my account... even if I don't understand how and where).

I had troubles downloading Trados 2021 at the beginning and probably did something wrong in that phase. How can I see where the Trados 2021 license is "In Use"? Then maybe I could deactivate it and start over with the activation process.
