Hello,
When my colleague opens Trados, she receives a message saying something along the lines of:
'Failed to initialize view:SimpleStartView'
I have uninstalled Trados and then tried to re-name folders on the C drive, however it hasn't worked and the message still appears.
We recently changed profiles on the actual PC from someone who used to work here to a new person and I wonder if that could be the issue.
Please could someone help with this?
