License reset problem

Hi SDL Support,

I was unable to reset my license installed on an old, crashed PC in 2017. Now I would like to reset this license and install SDL Trados on a new laptop.

I've received the following message:

Error message on SDL Trados Studio website stating 'An error has occurred. An email has been sent to support to notify them of the error. Please try reloading or refreshing this page. CODE: Unknown.'
