In August I bought a Studio 2021 uprade and paid the offered Paypal method.
Download was succeccful, but shows only the trial version. As I tried to add the license key, I saw no Studio 2021 in the list of my licenses. Only 2019.
How can it be?
And whom can I contact in this matter?
ok - back at my desk. This is in fact what you need to do... process the upgrade. The instructions from Alison Field are correct and if you log into your account it's fairly plain to see when you look at your list of licences:
