Hi,
I was trying to install a memsource plug-in from sdl knoedge base and something went really wrong and I could not open Studio 19 again.
After uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times, I have had to format my computer and when I've tried to deactivate my license offline, it doesn't work.
Please, help! I am in the middle of big projects right now
