Paul and CATHERINE RUSHTON Have you got news from support about this? A few users in Latin America have reported a similar issue with Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge seems to work though. Thanks

Hi Jorge. Paul kindly raised a support ticket and Support sent me separate links in an email which worked fine.

Thanks for you Catherine! Does it mean you were not able in the end to download the installation from your SDL account?

These users should simply log their problem in here under a new thread.  If they need help we can help, or create a case for them depending on the issue they report.  If they do this as a new thread then we have this:

1. we know who they are since they have to be logged into the community to post (no need to provide any details in the post)

2. we can create the case in two clicks without any fuss and include the details they provide in the forum thread

This is the best way for users to help us to help them!
