Hi,
My computer crashed and was just replaced... tried to enter the license key of my Studio 2019 Professional in the new computer, It wouldn't work probably because it's still active on my old computer. Try to deactivate online with no success... Reach out to my SDL Account Manager and she suggested to have the license deactivate by an SDL agent.
