Hi, so I got this message as above out of nowhere (I haven't even changed any settings or such), and I'm unable to use Trados, while I need to hand in an urgen big translation by tomorrow - please help.
I've raised this with the licensing team so they should be in touch in due course.

I've got the exact same problem here. Could you reset my license? There are no agent available online.
I have dropped an email to the teams on your behalf as well. Pease note that it in future, should the need arise, it's better if you create a new thread and explain your problem in case it is different. It's also much easier for us to manage if you create a separate thread because we can also close the thread when the issue is fixed.
