Trados is installed on a PC that died last week. I have now installed Trados on a new computer, but can't activate it since my licence is shown as "in use". How can I deactivate it to be allowed to activate on the new computer?

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2017.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
