Thank you for your reply. Hallo people on this forum; happy to be part of the community -:) I would like to contact a helpdesk though, but I am continuously being sent to this public forum, It must be possible to contact a help desk?
Even when I click on “ log a ticket” I get stuck in the forum...
I have just logged this for you and you’ll be contacted by the support team.
If it’s important for you to be able to contact technical suppprt whenever you like then you should purchase a support contract.
