Hello, I've downloaded the trial version of Studio 2021, but this doesn't work, when launched. I already had a Starter 2019 version which is expired but never had the Studio 2021 installed on my pc. Could you please help?

This is what is displayed (pls see the attached screenshot) when I try to open a package, as if I had already installed a trial version, which is NOT the case . Thank you!

The problem is you have an expired 2021 licence in your account. This is because there was an automated script run in error that gave you 3-months use of 2021. That licence expired on the 3rd October.
What might work... and I say might... is if you sign out of Studio so it doesn't know who you are (your screenshot shows you are signed in) then you might have the default trial days left available to you. But this will only work (if it works) if you haven't installed 2021 before.
The best option for you is to simply renew your starter licence, or purchase a freelance licence.
