Hi, 

I just installed Studio 2021 Freelance but unfortunately forgot to deactivate my old license (for the 2019 Freelance version) before activating the new one for the 2021 version. The new version works fjust fine.
The issue I have now is that I need the 2019 Professional version for university. I cannot deactivate the old license and therefore I cannot activate the new license that my university provided for Studio 2019 Professional. The 2019 Freelance version that I have installed actually no longer recognises a license at all, but weirdly ist still works. However, it's just not the version that I need. 
How can I fix this?
