SDL Studio 2021.
Install "SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack".
Installation completes with no fail message.
But Plug-in does not appear under "Installed plug-ins".
And "Additional Installed File Types exist" does not appear under "File Types".
No option for translation of TTX files.
Any suggestions?

I have Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.5.14757.
I have dowloaded Version 17.0.5.62 of the Compatibility and Migration Power Pack with no fail massage, but no plug-in appears after the installation.
Could you please help me?
Please create a new thread so we can log a case on your behalf. Maybe also explain what you want this app for and why you think it's not available to you.

Thank you for your reply. I was trying to retrieve an old tmv TM, but I was told I can do this with "Update Translation Memories" (which, anyway, I cannot understand if it is actually part of the Power Pack I installed but cannot see in the plug-in list), and it is actually working!

Yes... we cleverly disguise this by giving two different features the same name ;-)
Out of the box you have this one:
This essentially prepares it for taking advantage of enhanced features such as fragment matching and match repair as well as reindexing etc.:
The "plugin", puts this one in:
This one is there to really "upgrade" your memories. So you can add whatever supported formats we have (I used mdb, tmw, txt, tmx and sdltm in thi screenshot) in any language direction:
And create new TMs, even merging them together based on language pair:
So out of those 11 TMs I added I'll have four. This was a little used and extremely useful feature that the "plugin" puts back.
