I have updated the license from TRADOS Studio 2019 to 2021 but I have troubles downloading SDL Trados Studio 2021 CU2. I click on the download button but nothing happens.

Could you try using a different browser please- perhaps Chrome of FireFox.
It might (depending on the browser) be worth checking the downloads folder to check if the installer has indeed downloaded.
